New Zealand Customers

Dear NZ customers I am really sorry but I will need to charge $5.00 for shipping orders of less than $100.00 within NZ. Courier costs have continued to rise and rise and it seems as though every month we are being told of price increases.
We are doing our very best to keep costs down for you but we are not able to influence courier costs. I hope you will understand.

Australian Customers

It's important for you to know that orders that are over AUD1,000 will be charged duty and taxes in Australia. We have no control over this.

If you place the order prior to noon NZ time we can ship the same day and if you live in the cities or towns close to the main urban centres, there is a very good chance you may receive your order the following day. With WA, Northern Territories or Tasmania it may take an extra day or so.

We ship with DHL to anywhere in Australia. Australian customers appreciate the very quick delivery service, so this is why we use DHL.

We must have your full name and a physical address for Australia.

Please note DHL are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes. 

We subsidize your shipping, but DHL have a minimum charge.

The cost for shipping one product to Australia is NZD25.00 but we can ship up to 12 products for the same price. 

E.g. If you order one box (30 sachets) of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C, the shipping cost is NZD25.00 but if you order a carton of 12 boxes the shipping cost remains at NZD25.00.

Many customers share a carton with family and friends (it saves a lot on the shipping).

Returns 

This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion within 15 days of receipt, for a prompt refund.
